Disclosure: This post does not contain affiliate links. I was not paid to write about these businesses and products — I simply just love them and want to share their greatness with the world! All opinions, as always, are entirely my own.

I don’t know about you, but one of the best ways I’m introduced to new products and services is through word of mouth. I would much rather listen to a friend than Google, and I live and die by reviews. I am starting a series where I’ll be introducing five of my favorite things each month for both moms and kids, simply because I love sharing about great businesses and products that I know and love. Here are my top five September 2017 favorites:

Hat Creek Burger: I’m sorry if you’re not a local, because this place is amazing. Their food and service are excellent, as are their customer service and playgrounds. Each location is unique, yet you can expect the same great consistency throughout. Though I love their burgers, fries, and shakes, the breakfast has my heart. You can quite literally feed your family a hearty breakfast for under $10. We love Hat Creek so much that we’re having Colin’s 4th birthday party here next month! Hat Creek Burger is such an asset to our community here in Austin, Texas, and I can’t recommend it enough to all of you. I’m embarrassed to admit how often we’re there!

Manna Kadar Lip Locked Stain Lip Gloss: If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know what an advocate I am of safe products and green beauty. Manna Kadar is admittedly one of my favorite brands. Manna K is a beautiful line of products that combine cutting edge color trends with great ingredients. The lip locked stain is a must-have! It lasts for hours without drying out my lips, and the colors are swoon worthy. The best part? They are paraben free and allergy tested!

Goodwipes Flushable Down There Wipes: GUYS. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER FOR WOMEN. I’ve tried flushable wipes before, and they’re nothing special. They either come in bulky, awkward packaging or they just don’t work that well. As Goodwipes says, they are pretty much a shower in a wipe. They also come in singles, which are great for throwing in your purse or suitcase. They’re made with 100% natural oils and are free of alcohol and parabens. They’re even biodegradable and hypoallergenic! I’m seriously in love, y’all. Every girl needs these in her life, because they seriously work.

Stella & Dot Earring Climbers: I’m totally late to the game with Stella & Dot, but I’m so glad that my stylist Mackenzie Holik introduced me to this amazing line. I’m head over heels for their earring climbers, which almost give you the appearance of having multiple earrings or studs without having to actually do so. My favorites are the Pave Triangle Path Earring Climbers, which come in silver, gold, and black.

Rubbabu Toys Dotty Ball: I am so excited to have discovered this company! Both my four-year-old and eighteen-month-old are obsessed with this velvet ball. Not only is it soft, but it also bounces! Rubbabu products are eco-friendly and handmade with natural rubber foam that is *so* soft. They’re great for special needs children, too, as well as kids with any sensory issues. We will be purchasing a lot more from this line!
